You are a docile guy living in a street inhabited bythese speedster goons who always taunt you for your demeanor. Fed up one day, you throw the gauntlet and challenge them to race through the city streets!!! You bet big time money, but you are one of those cool dudes who are sure of themselves. The race is about to begin and the fear of failure also sets in but you do not want to quit without giving these jerks a jolt of their life. And what better way to get even than beating them at what they feel they are the best and walk away with a stack full of bet money.
