To solve this concern we have reduced the shopping cart process to just three easy steps. In the first step the user chooses his payment and delivery mode, second steps validates the payment requirements and the third step enables them to download the product.
- Adding the product on the cartAfter adding the product on the cart, the user can clearly see which products he has added by looking at the screenshots and prices of the products. At this stage the user can select his mode of payment whether Visa, Master card, Pay pal, Youpark E-wallet, Youpark Voucher.The products which are downloaded via sms are shown with a blue sms icon. The neccessary details for sms downloaded products are required on the software download page.If user faces any problem at any step, he can instantly drop in query and get assistance through the contact form available during the complete shopping experience on Youpark.
- Validating the Payment ProcessAfter selecting the payment mode, Youpark takes the user towards the payment page. Customer provides the required fields and is directed towards the last step from where he can download the product that he has bought.
- Downloading the productThe last step provides the complete installation guide to the users enabling them to easily read and download the product. The OTA enabled products can either be obtained through the WAP link or can be obtained through SMS (WAP Push) after providing the required fields.
